Fountaine Pajot has announced that two models will be unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September. The New 44 will make a clean sweep of the range, eclipsing the Astrea 42 and Elba 45. This new model, presented by the shipyard as a particularly user-friendly cruising catamaran, gives pride of place to lounging areas – a 9.2 m2 forward solarium, a 10.7 m2 lounge deck on the flybridge and an additional chaise longue in the cockpit.
While the manufacturer has remained faithful to its dual helm/manoeuvring station, a superb Tesla-style control screen is now available.
