Preserving and expanding the heritage
Founded in 1958 by Joseph Tournier, Hotel Le Lana was one of the first guesthouses in Courchevel. The hotelier from Chamonix believed in the potential of the place, which was still a sleepy mountain village at the time, and built an Alpine-style hotel with around 20 rooms. Over the years, the building was constantly extended and became more and more beautiful. This attracted discerning guests from Switzerland and abroad who were looking for a mountain hotel with a genuine French way of life for their vacation.
Today, Le Lana is run by Joseph’s son Nicolas. The 5-star luxury hotel, which now has 55 rooms, 28 suites and 2 apartments, has retained its authentic character and warm atmosphere.
