At almost 13 meters in length, the new model is the largest in the Antares series to date. Built according to plans by Sarrazin Design, the Antares 12 says goodbye to the typical characteristics of a fishing boat. It comes in a more universal flybridge version. This change of identity also gives it a sportier look, as shown by the profiled windshield and elongated hull windows. In keeping with the times, Antares has replaced the inboard engines with two or three V8 outboards from Mercury. The cockpit is equipped with a row of benches and a table for al fresco dining to match the fly. From there, two asymmetrical passages on the left and right lead to the foredeck, where sun worshippers can make themselves comfortable sitting or lying down on the converted sofa. Inside, the main deck is designed like a loft: The living and dining area, kitchen and wheelhouse are all in one room. The table in the saloon can be retracted to create an additional sleeping area. Together with the three other double berths, which are housed in separate rooms and share two heads compartments, there is space for up to eight people.
