Rodriguez Group : management renforcé
Le Conseil de Surveillance de Rodriguez Group a nommé Eric de Saintdo en qualité de Président du Directoire. L’ancien Commissaire Général du Festival International de la Plaisance de Cannes avait rejoint Rodriguez Group en octobre 2010 en qualité de Directeur Général. Il est aussi devenu, en mai 2011, Président et Directeur Général de Camper & Nicholsons International, la filiale de Rodriguez Group. Eu égard à ses fonctions au sein du Groupe CNI et de Rodriguez Group, il sera assisté par Laurent Perignon, qui revient chez CNI en tant que Directeur des opérations. Last but not least, Serge Allègre a rejoint le Groupe l’hiver dernier en qualité de Directeur commercial et du Développement. Accompagnant cette refonte profonde du management, des bureaux commerciaux ont été ouverts à Golfe-Juan et à Antibes. Un accord de distribution a été conclu avec les chantiers italiens Sanlorenzo (exclusive pour la France et Monaco, sans exclusivité dans le reste du monde).
Claris : vidéos, photos et marketing
Le système smoothshoot de Claris, pourtant inégalé dans la prise de vue de yachts, poursuit sa quête de perfection : nouvelle station de montage vidéo et de composition de musique, nouvelle camera XDcam, etc… L’agence de communication spécialisée dans la plaisance et la grande plaisance depuis 1993 (notamment auteur des campagnes publicitaires de Lagoon et CNB depuis plus de 15 ans) propose dorénavant un service d’édition de livres de photos (http://www.claris.fr/bookStore_collectors_fr.php).
Moai Yacht Services : en Asie
Pour M.Y.S, 2011 a rimé avec Asie : l’entreprise s’est vue confier la présentation de yachts exposés dans plusieurs salons nautiques, tels que ceux de Sanya, Shanghai, Singapour ou encore « les Rendez-vous de Hainan ».

Corsica Yacht Services : extension

Avec l’acquisition et la rénovation d’un local du XVe siècle, dans la maison Christophe Colomb, à Calvi, et la création d’un nouveau bureau au Port Tino Rossi d’Ajaccio, l’agent maritime de grande plaisance, Corsica Yacht Services, couvre l’ensemble du territoire et des ports corses avec trois implantations physiques ouvertes à l’année, Bonifacio, Ajaccio et Calvi. Par ailleurs, l’entreprise insulaire s’est rapprochée en 2010 du groupe Catalona Shipping, qui lui ouvre ses bureaux de Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, La Ciotat et Venise.

Blue Latitude Yachting et Merex Yachts : fusion
Professionnels de la commercialisation et de la représentation de yachts privés avec équipage, les deux amies Laurence Provost et Nathalie Drogoul mettent leurs savoir-faire respectifs au service d’une vision commune, regroupant leurs flottes (16 yachts avec équipage disponibles en charter, monocoques ou catamarans de 50’ à 100’, aux Caraïbes, Océan Indien et Méditerranée) sous une seule enseigne. Les équipes ainsi renforcées exploitent leurs nouvelles synergies dans de nouveaux locaux situés à Enghien-les-Bains.
Corsica Yacht Services : groupement européen
un groupement européen d’intérêt économique pour le métier d’agent maritime grande plaisance devrait voir le jour en 2011. Corsica Yacht Services s’est notamment occupé de la rédaction des chartes éthique, qualité et environnement applicables aux membres du G.E.I.E.
Synesis Conseil : ISO Yacht
Le cabinet Synesis Conseil a déposé la marque « ISO YACHT » proposant un accompagnement à la certification ISO 14001 des yachts. Ce nouveau service bénéficie des études réalisées par la société sur les impacts environnementaux des yachts, sur les contraintes rencontrées et sur les pistes de progrès qui ont été identifiées en amont.
AGL Marine distribue Duomar
Représentant déjà les produits Awlgrip depuis 20 ans, AGL Marine ajoute une corde à son arc en confirmant la distribution des produits Seajet et Duomar à Cannes et à la Rochelle. Ces produits permettent une meilleure insonorisation thermique et phonique en s’appliquant sur les cabines, cales, cloisons et salles des machines, comme vient de l’effectuer le méga yacht Amoha.

Rodriguez Group : strengthened management
The Rodriguez Group’s Supervisory Board has named Eric de Saintdo as Chairman of the Board. The former General Commissioner of the International Yachting Festival of Cannes joined the Rodriguez Group in October 2010 as Managing Director. In May 2011, he also became CEO of Camper & Nicholsons International, the subsidiary of the Rodriguez Group. In view of his responsibilities within the CNI Group and the Rodriguez Group, he will be assisted by Laurent Perignon, who is returning to CNI as Head of Operations. Last but not least, Serge Allègre joined the Group last winter as Marketing and Development Director. Accompanying this thorough revision of the management, new commercial offices have been opened in Golfe-Juan and Antibes. A distribution agreement has been signed with the Italian Sanlorenzo yards (exclusive for France and Monaco, no exclusivity for the rest of the world).
Claris : videos, photos and marketing
The Claris Smoothshoot system, a device as yet unrivalled in yacht shoots, is pursuing its quest for perfection: a new station for video editing and musical composition, the new XDcam camera… The communication agency specialising in yachting and superyachting (Claris has been managing both Lagoon and CNB’s advertising campaigns for the last 15 years), is now offering a photo book publishing service. 2011 has been the “year of Asia” for M.Y.S: they presented yachts at the Sanya, Shanghai and Singapore boat shows, as well as at the “Hainan Rendez-vous”.

CYS, the luxury yachting shipping agent, has purchased and renovated 15th century premises in Calvi -, Christopher Columbus’house- and opened a new office in Ajaccio’s Port Tino Rossi. So they now cover the entire Corsica, with 3 offices open year-round in Bonifacio, Ajaccio and Calvi. Furthermore, CYS’s linking with Catalona Shipping group in 2010 gives them access to their offices in Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, La Ciotat and Venice.

Blue Latitude Yachting and Merex Yachts : merger
Professionals from the sectors of marketing and the representation of private crewed yachts, two friends, Laurence Provost and Nathalie Drogoul have united their fleet: they now have 16 yachts, mono-hulls and catamarans from 50’ to 100’, available for charter in the Caribbean, the Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean. The new team moved to premises located in Enghien-les-Bains, just outside Paris.
Corsica Yacht Services : European grouping
On the initiative of the Superyachtfrance member, 2011 should see the creation of a European Economic Interest Grouping for the luxury yachting shipping agent profession. Corsica Yacht Services drew up the charters on ethics, quality and environment applicable to the members of the E.E.I.G.
Synesis Conseil : ISO Yacht
Synesis Conseil has registered the brand “ISO YACHT”, offering an accompaniment to the ISO 14001 certification for yachts. This new service benefits from studies carried out by the company on the environmental impact of yachts; they identified constraints and recommend keys to progress.
AGL Marine distributes Duomar
AGL Marine, Awlgrip’s representative for the past 20 years, is now also distributing Duomar and Seajet ranges in Cannes and La Rochelle. These products improve thermal and phonic insulation through their application in the cabins, bilges and engine rooms, as well as on the bulkheads and internal structures (as on the mega yacht Amoha).
