Ihre Meinung zum Schweizer Wein: «Am hervorragenden Charakter eines Weines merkt man, dass jemand dahintersteckt, der sein Handwerk versteht. Winzer mit diesen herausragenden Fähigkeiten gibt es viele in der Schweiz. Aus meiner Sicht als Sommelière trägt dies viel zur Attraktivität der Schweiz bei.»
