Zum elften Mal wurden am Donnerstagabend in Berlin am Rande der Boot & Fun, der zweitgrössten Bootsmesse Deutschlands nach der boot Düsseldorf, die Best-of-Boats-Awards verliehen. Die Jury, Wassersportjournalistinnen und -journalisten aus 14 Ländern, stand vor der schwierigen Aufgabe, die Motorbootneuheiten des Jahres anhand der spezifischen Programmvorgaben der einzelnen Kategorien zu bewerten. So wurde z. B. zwischen dem besten Boot für den Leistungsbereich und für Anfänger*innen usw. unterschieden.
Seit drei Jahren ist Skippers Schweizer Botschafter. Nach einer Testkampagne, die sich über die gesamte Saison 2024 erstreckte, und langen Debatten in der Jury konnten wir nun einen Gewinner pro Kategorie küren.
